RPA- Robotics Specialist in Global Sales Incentives

Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• to develop end to end blueprism robotics solutions using RPA technology
• to create objects in blueprism for less complex manual sub-processes
• to properly document each RPA object or solution created to secure business continuity
• to maintain blueprism robotics solutions and objects (adapt to blueprism version changes, adapt to process changes)
• to continuously improve skill set in RPA field (self development)
• be part of the prioritisation meetings and give insight on which projects should be pursued as next RPA objectactive and productive collaboration with other GSI RPA developers, management, project leaders and users
• be part of the global team of RPA developers with active participation on WW projects and initiatives within GSI
• be active and support also external projects for other Enterprise Services departments (if required)
• communicate with WW RPA Leader all details about the projects, solutions and objects
• share documentation and created objects within GSI RPA development team
• share knowledge and collaborate effectively to maximise benefit for GSI and IBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skill requirements:
• Blueprism application experience
• deep knowledge of Blueprism capabilities
• actual experience with object creation
• experience with object maintenance
• any education and development in RPA field is an advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Detail oriented, reliable
• Systematic work approach
• Ability to work individually and within a project team
• Passion for IT solutions
• API understanding
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and VBA (macro procedure builder) , Experience with object-oriented development such as Visual Basic for Applications
• Clean code development know how
• Process modeling (experience as work flow builder)
• SQL basics+, Basic database understanding (SQL object studio)
• FTP/SFTP protocols understanding
• HTML basics



Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• IT or Technical degree is an advantage
