Invoicing Account Payables and Payment Manager

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for “Invoicing Account Payables Manager”. This role is responsible for the performance of the Accounts payable team (invoice processing and resolution) and is the owner of the AP process with the overall goal of delivering AP services while ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

­- Manage the performance of the Accounts payable team (invoice processing and resolution) and in the operational management role report to P2P Lead,
­- Accountable of the AP process with the overall goal of delivering AP services while ensuring quality and cost effectiveness,
­- Ensures Invoicing activities, WMD workflow (X-flow) expert, integration with customer service for communications with vendors,
­- Manages company-wide AP customer support tasks ensuring complete service is rendered to all Shared Service Center customers,
­- Establish goals, objectives, and KPI's for improvement in processes and service quality while monitoring key areas to ensure compliance
Lead and develop the team of team-leaders/coordinators performing AP services for several countries.

­- Prior related experience (accounts payable experience with specific knowledge of AP compliance, control, and regulatory issues) required: 2-5 years,
- Previous Managerial experience 1-5 years is an asset,
­- Shared Service center experience is an asset,
- Fluent English,
- German/French/Spanish (min. B1) is an asset,
- Superior knowledge of Accounts payables processes,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Strong Customer focus,
- Ability to prioritize & delegate tasks.
