Accounts Payable Specialist with Bulgarian language in BSC

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST with Bulgarian language

Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing for assigned entities and countries, performing all activities related to invoicing.
- Follows SLAs and SOPs for the services provided.
- Proactively drives system improvements, contributes to operational improvement initiatives within the P2P team.
- Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services - Accounts Payable processes/services consistent with HARP and other internal/external audit requirements.
- Maintains all necessary records related to audits, invoices, exception reporting.

-Experience in accounting/financial functions and in invoice processing 1 year is an asset
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience preferred: 1 year is an asset
- English advanced AND Bulgarian advanced is a must
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI CO Module is an asset
- Knowledge on invoice processing policies and guidelines and ICS is required

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Bulgarian - Intermediate (B1)

Double-entry bookkeeping - Basic
