eSourcing Specialist (m/f)

Your role
- Support and administration of the bidding events for different purchasing categories (Packaging, Raw materials, Indirect Materials and services)
- Preparation and setting up of electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the sourcing event
- Support and training on eTool for Henkel Purchasers and Suppliers
- Cooperation with suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
- Analysis of eSourcing events and revision of the results for Purchasing/Category teams
- Regular reporting to partners, Category teams & corporate purchasing organization in our headquarters
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to Purchasing/Management
- Fluent level of English language is required and French language on a communicative level is very welcome
- Previous experience gained in international environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical thinking
- Interest to constantly improve processes
