Source to Pay Specialist with Russian language (m/f)

Your role
- Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
- Correction of posted documents if needed, problem solving
- Communication with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues
- Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
- Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
- Following the standard procedures and country specifics
- Constantly striving to process improvement
- Producing of daily situation reports
- Error inbox processing
- Handling ad hoc tasks
Your skills
- University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education
- The position is suitable for fresh graduates
- Knowledge of English language on a communicative level and Russian at least intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
- Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
- Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and team player
