Your role
- Managing order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation, collecting and comparing offers)
- Supporting global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency (Purchase Order gatekeeping & Vendor gatekeeping)
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from Spain, Portugal and Greece in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Resolving queries in regards to discrepancies of invoices or credit notes & doing system quality checks
- Producing daily situation reports and processing of ad hoc requests
- Constantly striving to improve the processes
Your skills
- University education in a related field to Purchasing / Finance / Management
- Knowledge of Spanish and English language on an advanced level is required
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage, but not required
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest in a long-term full-time job in an international team
