Your role

  • Interfacing and communicating with the local HR departments in the countries across Europe, with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by e-mail or phone
  • First pre-selection of incoming applications from external candidates using predefined criteria for each position and ensuring its proper evidence (internal online tool, reports)
  • Arranging personal interviews
  • Supporting recruitment specialists in their daily tasks

Your skills

  • Advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) of English language is a MUST, knowledge of additional european language is a great advantage
  • University student with finished Bachelor degree
  • Time flexibility (agreement possible according to time-schedule) - 3 days/week
  • Experience in Recruitment is an advantage
  • Excellent organizing and process related skills
  • Very good communication, presentation and partnership skills
  • Open to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
