Your role
- Global involvement in Procurement web eContent processes and tools
- Creation, update and maintenance of eContent such as Web Forms and Internal Catalogues
- Follow-up and monitoring of eContent
- Guiding, consulting and training the Purchasing community of the processes and tools via online tools and phone
- Active external and internal communication
- Creation and update of templates and documentations
Your skills
- University or College education preferably in a field related to Purchasing/Management
- Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST
- Previous administration experience gained in international environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel knowledge is required
- Strong communication skills; customer service approach with ability to work in an international team
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
