Your role
- Providing support, and communication with top international managment, Finance department, Purchasing team
- Planning & scheduling of meetings, video / phone conferences and taking care of the daily agenda of managers within their MS Outlook
- Arranging business trips, e.g. booking of hotels and flights etc.
- Placing of purchase orders and order tracking in Proweb tool, delivery managment
- Financial tracking, reporting, reposting and handling
- Support with the specific budget clean-up – outstanding commitments and payment reminders
- Maintenance and tracking of Digital Webpages and tools accesses
Your skills
- University degree/ hight school + experience in administration
- Experience with SAP is an advantage (not must)
- Excellent level of ENGLISH and GERMAN language (verbal and written form)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, independent, creative, accurate and reliable person with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player
