Your role

  • Providing support, and communication with top international managment, Finance department, Purchasing team
  • Planning & scheduling of meetings, video / phone conferences and taking care of the daily agenda of managers within their MS Outlook
  • Arranging business trips, e.g. booking of hotels and flights etc.
  • Placing of purchase orders and order tracking in Proweb tool, delivery managment
  • Financial tracking, reporting, reposting and handling
  • Support with the specific budget clean-up – outstanding commitments and payment reminders
  • Maintenance and tracking of Digital Webpages and tools accesses

Your skills

  • University degree/ hight school + experience in administration
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage (not must)
  • Excellent level of ENGLISH and GERMAN language (verbal and written form)
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, independent, creative, accurate and reliable person with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team player
