Your role
- Organization and coordination of daily activities and workload distribution across the team
- Staff planning together with the manager
- Supervision and management of junior staff
- Coaching, training and proposing steps for further development of team members
- Proposing further improvements for process optimization
- Assuring up to date documentation of all relevant processes
- Active participation and coordination of projects, managing new incoming/outgoing migration activities
Your skills
- University education preferably in a field related to Finance/Purchasing/Management
- Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST, another language on an intermediate level is very welcome
- Previous experience in people management (1-2 years) gained in international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills - advanced level of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is required; SAP and database knowledge is an advantage
- Communication and organizational skills and a high service orientation
- Interest to constantly improve processes
