Your role

  • Organization and coordination of daily activities and workload distribution across the team
  • Staff planning together with the manager
  • Supervision and management of junior staff
  • Coaching, training and proposing steps for further development of team members
  • Proposing further improvements for process optimization
  • Assuring up to date documentation of all relevant processes
  • Active participation and coordination of projects, managing new incoming/outgoing migration activities

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a field related to Finance/Purchasing/Management
  • Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST, another language on an intermediate level is very welcome
  • Previous experience in people management (1-2 years) gained in international environment is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills - advanced level of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is required; SAP and database knowledge is an advantage
  • Communication and organizational skills and a high service orientation
  • Interest to constantly improve processes
