Your role
- Price list management – regular check of new articles based on pricing models and ensuring correct and timely maintenance of prices in SAP database
- Regular analysis of price development
- Resolving queries with regard to deviations between price lists, purchase orders and invoices or credit notes
- Regular communication with suppliers
- Supporting initiatives related to increasing efficiency, effectiveness and compliance; participating in or leading projects with focus on standardization of processes
- Supporting coordination activities that require involvement of more Shared Service Center teams and/or other Henkel locations
Your skills
- University or College education preferably in a related field to Purchasing/Management/Administration
- Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST, German language is an advantage
- 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained in either purchasing, customer service, finance or systems environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office; basics in SAP are an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Communication and interpersonal skills, customer service approach with ability to work in an international team
