Your role
- Proactively steer continuous improvement of the global recruitment process
- Coordinate global projects from concept until implementation in the Shared Service Organization worldwide
- Synchronize current Recruitment process with HR projects globally
- Cooperate with global and regional Recruitment and Employer branding teams, as well as maintain close collaboration with IT department
- Monitor, report and analyze recruitment data
Your skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally within international corporation
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Profound knowledge of Recruitment process, strategies and applications, mainly Applicant Tracking Systems
- Well developed and highly effective organizational and communication skills
- Project management and process improvement skills
- Ability to manage overall context and detail orientation
