Part-time Assistant at HR Recruitment Department with English Language (m/f)

Your role
- Interfacing and communicating with the local HR departments in the countries across Europe, with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by e-mail or phone
- First pre-selection of incoming applications from external candidates using predefined criteria for each position and ensuring its proper evidence (internal online tool, reports)
- Arranging personal interviews
- Supporting recruitment specialists in their daily tasks
Your skills
- Advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) of English language is a MUST, knowledge of additional european language is a great advantage
- University student with finished Bachelor degree
- Time flexibility (agreement possible according to time-schedule) - 3 days/week
- Experience in Recruitment is an advantage
- Excellent organizing and process related skills
- Very good communication, presentation and partnership skills
- Open to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
