Customer Service Support Specialist with French and English language (m/f)

Your role
- Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
- Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
- Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
- Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
- Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
- Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement
Your skills
- Active knowledge of French and Intermediate level of English language is required (verbal and written)
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Can work independently and also within the team
- Attention to detail, sense of accountability and flexibility
- Communication and interpersonal skills
