Your role
- Preparation and coordination of physical stock takings (including date agreements, list generation)
- Verification of correctness and completeness of all forms and documents related to physical stock takings
- Investigation of inventory differences
- Financial evaluation of inventory count results
- Reporting of stock movements
- Archivation and maintenance of Inventory Database
- Closure of stock takings and monitoring of process quality
Your skills
- Business academy or University degree in relevant field (Accounting, Finance…)
- At least 2 years of experience in materials management/ accounting /audit
- Excellent level of English and intermediate level of German language
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP as an advantage
- Good understanding of operations business processes
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills – service orientation
