Your role
- Support of Human Resources Business Partners (HR BP) and hiring managers by starting a recruitment process
- Controlling and gathering information regarding the status of positions
- Checking the status of candidates and by request providing the information to HR BP
- Support of HR BP regarding the recruitment tool, recruitment process and communication with Shared Service Centre teams
- Support HR BP in communication with Hiring Managers
- Maintain open positions list
- Administrative tasks
Your skills
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in HR, customer service or office management
- Advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) in German and English language is a MUST
- Experience in administrative work
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
