Your role
- Managing & steering the team´s performance, assuring the service level
- Setting the team targets and implementing the team’s strategy, in hand with Henkel’s strategy
- Support hiring and team member’s selection, establishing relationships with new departments
- Managing the escalations and steering the cooperation with top executives
- Support the team’s growth, including coaching and developing people
- Lead & motivate a department of Team Assistants (30 members)
- Coordinate and prioritize daily team tasks
- Proactive define and develop new areas of admin support
- Unique opportunity in admin and leadership field
Your skills
- Higher education or University degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in the administrative environment in international company
- Strong service oriented approach, ability to deal with people at all levels, especially international top management
- Fluent English and German language
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills incl. ability to organize others
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Inspired and open minded professional
