Your role
- Technical support of our internal system for the ordering of Indirect Materials & Services (IMS)
- Coordination of the role-out of our system in European countries, especially Central Eastern European Countries in the upcoming years
- Focusing on a global standardization of the tool and the ordering process for IMS and coordinating all involved parties (IT, Purchasing, Finance)
- Documentation and Reporting of the status and progress
- Guiding and training end users of the system via online tools and phone
- Perform system quality checks & testing’s
- Maintain e-catalogues and make settings in our online-ordering-system
Your skills
- University education is preferred or previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of English and German language on active level is a must; Russian language skills would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Technical thinking and the ability to find solutions for new or enhanced processes
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest to constantly improve processes
