Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Accounting Manager position will be the primary responsible person for local statutory accounting and tax compliance matters. The main responsibilities:
Establish processes and manage local accounting and tax compliance matters
Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax advisors
Provide finance leadership to the local business
Implement corporate policies and procedures
Perform monthly financial closes
Reconcile intercompany accounts

relevant accounting experience
ACCA (or equivalent) professional certification is a big advantage
Broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices under U.S. GAAP, IFRS and Czech GAAP
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
ERP experience preferred: Oracle, SAP and Hyperion
Strong communication skills and ability to work under the pressure
