General manager - green field

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as GENERAL MANAGER.

Leading of all daily operations in the plant:
- Responsible for quality of processes and products
- Responsibility for improvement projects
- Preparing of the budget
- Controlling and reducing of production cost
- Control of all operational processes
- Management of investment-projects
- Keep the team motivated
- Responsibility for HR processes and Health ans Safety in the plant

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Experienced in business management (midsize company)
- Experienced in personnel management
- Experienced in technical and commercial tasks
- Experienced in international tasks
- Experienced in industrial - possibly textile production
- Experienced in automotive business
- Experience with production, quality, customer service, engineering, HR and Healh and Safety
- Experienced in using German and Slovak language, English is advantage
- Order and self-discipline
- Strategic thinking ans hardworking individual
- Willingness to travel
