This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as a Office Manager / Executive Assistant.

Job description:
- Administrative support for the members of Management Team and Managing Director
- Participation at the weekly management meeting
- Managing and regulating reception staff (2-3 receptionist)
- Communication and quality of management with the companies providing the office related services (printers, IT, SBS, etc.)
- Business trip organization (hotels, flight booking)
- Monitoring of office supplies and updating the stock
- Ad hoc tasks

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- High school education (with leaving examination) or University degree
- Fluent level of English language
- Driving licence (B)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in organizing and executing administrative tasks
- Proactive attitute
