Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international company as AP Specialist.

Responsibilities:

- Invoice processing for assigned entities and countries, performing all activities related to invoicing
- Follows SLAs and SOPs for the services provided
- Proactively drives system improvements, contributes to operational improvement initiatives within the P2P team
- Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services - Accounts Payable processes/services consistent with internal/external audit requirements
- Maintains all necessary records related to audits, invoices, exception reporting

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Experience in accounting/financial functions and in invoice processing
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience preferred: 1 year
- English advanced
- Greek language - intermediate level
- Knowledge of SAP FI CO Module - is and advantage
- Knowledge on invoice processing policies and guidelines and ICS is required
- Customer Focus
