HR Trainee - opportunity for students in their final year! :)

We are ready to welcome new member - HR Trainee, in our GlobalLogic Slovakia HR team. New opportunity for students interested in HR, curious about IT world. You will be a support for our existing HR team and have an opportunity to develop yourself in fast growing world known company :)

Your responsibilities will include:
HR agenda:
- Safety and Health training ordering
- Health check ordering
- Registration of new employees for benefits
- Preparation of entry package for newcomers
- Employee database update

Recruitment agenda:
- Uploading CVs and documents to the database
- Responding to candidates´ emails
- Daily search for candidates on job portal
- Participation in testing part of technical interviews
- Scanning, copying and preparation of documents – when needed
- Preparation of job ads on job portals, social networks etc.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

This position is suitable for student of 4th/5th year at university, who is able to work at least 25h/week also willing to stay overtime when needed. You will be in contact with our colleagues here in Košice but also from abroad eg. Ukraine, USA or India, therefore one of our requirements is English on B2 level. We are looking for reliable person, who will be able to work independently in a short period of time - of course, there will be always someone who will help you if you ask for it :) Amount of creativity should also be hidden somewhere inside of you, as you will be responsible for job ads with main purpose to impress the candidate, be different. You will have an opportunity to grow in a team of recruiters and after you finish your studies, you might become one too so communicative skills are very important.
