Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Finance Manager who will join our growing FONA team in Bratislava. You will be responsible for management reports, providing financial information and supervising the bookkeeping as well as tax statements execution. Besides consolidating and analyzing financial data, you will act as the key person in implementing of the local ERP system.
• Supervising invoicing
• Local book keeping with the help of an outsourced accounting provider
• Preparing wages and social security benefits with the help of an outsourced accounting provider
• Preparing of tax statements with the help of a tax advisor
• Processing of travel & entertainment claims
• Possessing of payments
• Responsibility for Documentation according to the legal obligation
• Responsibility for the contract archive
• Month end closing
• Preparation of the month end reporting package to group headquarter in US-GAAP
• Preparation of the internal reporting to management (incl. comments)
• Preparation of the reporting to group together with the General Manager
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Adapt newly implemented local ERP-system (OMEGA KROS) to company needs
• Support implementation of group ERP-system which includes web shop functionality
• Implement processes and guidelines
• Enhance reporting
• Drive standardization, streamlining and simplifying of processes, best practice sharing
