Flaga spol s.r.o. is a leader in the distribution of LPG in the Czech and Slovak Republics and provides a wide range of products related to liquefied gas. It offers complete solutions for heating and warming of family houses and business buildings, as well as for technological purposes. It provides a universally available, ecological and economically favorable source of energy in the form of liquefied gas in a wide range of pressure cylinders and operates a network of filling stations for LPG-powered cars in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company has a shared services center in Pezinok, from where it provides services to customers in the Czech Republic, Moravia and Slovakia. It has been operating on the Slovak and Czech markets since 1993, when it was established as a subsidiary of the Austrian company FLAGA GmbH. It became number one after the acquisition of the LPG division of British Petrol ČR and the merger with Český Plyn k.s. and Progas in 2006 and 2007. Flaga is incorporated under UGI Corporation, one of the largest companies in the United States.
