Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of the position is to provide recruitment interviews according to hiring plan requirements. The main missions of the role are to:
In cooperation with department managers create required profiles of candidates.
Ensure and coordinate advertisement of vacancies in on-line and printed advertising medias.
Select incoming applications and resumes from the candidates and ensure its proper evidence.
Organise interviews with candidates, ensure invitations of candidates and hiring managers.
Lead interviews and assist to hiring managers to select candidates matching required criteria.
Provide managers with feedback concerning quality of the interviewed candidates.
Provide interviewed candidates with complete and in time answers.
Provide complete induction process for newcommers (induction day, planning of internal trainings, etc.)
Cooperation with external hiring agencies.
Maintain database of candidates on regular base.
Cooperate with targeted schools - Universities and Colleges to attract students with internships.
Represent employer on career days and promotion events focused to company promotion and attract targeted group of candidates.
Maintain selected population of employees in Group Recruitment System according to Group Policy.
Monthly and annual reporting.
Prepeare datas for payroll.
Participate in creating of organizational procedures.
Participate in internal communication of company.
Participate in prepearing datas for internal audits.

Experience with HR processes as recruitment, training, career management in production company.
Experience with recruitment centre - big advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in work with HR tools.
Knowledge of labor law.
Fluency in English.
PC skills - MS Office.
Time flexibility.
Ability to work under stress.
Good organization skills.
