We are looking for a candidate that will be a technical voice to customers with hands on approach. It should be a highly motivated person with the passion for medical devices segment, strong customer orientation and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly service to external customers with information and support to resolve user or technical issues of products
• Expertise in electrical engineering
• Installation, maintenance and diagnostics of medical equipment systems and issues
• Advanced and basic troubleshooting of products
• Escalation of technical issues that are being solved, supervision of the process of resolving
• Secure that the technical issues are being processed and resolved
• Hands- on approach towards solving the technical issues
• Communication with customers via telephone, e-mail or in person
