Oddelenie, vyvýja hlavne webové služby pre produkty ESETu, či už mobilné ako aj desktopové, ale aj služby využívané interne v ESETe. Služby bežia zväčša na linuxových serveroch a zvyknú používať databázu MySql alebo Sqlite. Klientský kód je v jazykoch C/C++, C# a Python.
