Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job description:
- Responsible for all IT related matters and to ensure delivery of all appropriate IT tooling from workplace through to enterprise process solutions.
- Responsible to ensure office infrastructure and connectivity is established and maintained according to SLAs/OLAs.
- Responsible to collect and document all business requirements towards IT systems.
- Alignment of delivery activities with local vendors, outsourcing partners as well as NatCo specific implementation projects with program leads and delivery teams across 10 countries.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Maintains control of project status (triple constraints) through proactive change management.
- Provides regular and accurate reporting.
- Maintains control of security compliancy of all IT systems in use and prepares for quality assurance reviews and security audits, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders by effective communication.
- Provide inputs to financial and other business plans.
- Responsible to manage relationship with suppliers and operators of all relevant IT systems. Lead selected contract negotiations, acts as an escalation point in technical matters.

- IT environment / enterprise processes
- Ensure setup of EUCO BSS
- Ensure workplace infrastructure management
- Ensure security compliance with DTAG standards
- IT interface to ensure establishment of enterprise process systems (e.g., One.ERP)
- Interface to implementation projects (BSS/OSS decoupling)
- Overall responsibility:responsible for IT implementation in all DT Pan-Net entities
- Education:University degree in Technical area
- Project Management Certification, e.g. PMP – preferred
- Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:Experience in field of activity :more than 10 years in an IT function, of which at least 4-5 years within the telecommunications industry
- Firm understanding of IT and NT architectures (OSS/BSS) within the DTAG group
- Thorough understanding of DTAG business strategy
- Preferably good networks across DTAG NatCos
- Managerial experience: experience with coordination and leading teams within multinational project environments is very important
- Multinational experience: very important, preferably within East-European countries
- Language skills:English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
