Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job description: 
  • responsibile for therecruitment process
  • providing professional advisory services and consulting labour law, personnel and organization related issues to managers and employees  (e.g. labour law adviser,attendance at work, benefits, exit management, etc.)
  • responsible for creation of Job descriptions
  • assure entering data in the relevant information systems and applications
  • carrying out data necessary for personnel administration during the employee life cycle in compliance with the labour law legislation in cooperation with provider of HR services (Personnel administration, Organizational management, Payroll, Fire protection, Occupational Health Service, Health Protection and Safety at Work)
  • providing 3rd parties with relevant data rg. employees onboarding, changes, separation and Health and Safety
  • assure keeping the relevant documents and arranging for their archiving in compliance with the applicable legislation
  • preparing time schedule of the training courses, manuals for the training course participants, terms, rooms, technical background, and informing the participants through invitation cards
  • responsible for meal vouchers and benefits administration
  • responsible for travel process - processing and settling business travels and
  • administering reimbursement of travel & accommodation costs in accordance with the applicable legislation
  • providing any operative HR related tasks and activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

  •  Education: University/Master degree in economics or related fields
  •  Proffesional Kowledge and know-how in the field:Basic knowledge of HR principles and processes as well as employment law and regulations
  • Experience in field of activity :4-6 years of experience in HR
  • Multinational experience: preffered
  •  Language skillsSlovak language – preffered
  • English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills:communication skills – excellent
