Job description, responsibilities and duties

Implement internal rules and procedures: Induction, Evaluation & Remuneration, Compensation & Benefits, Disciplinary, Working time (teams with continuous working time, working time conto, 2-3 shifts production), Absence Management, Business Trips and allowances
Labor law compliance
Negotiation with Employees Council
Administrator of attendance, visit and security electronic system
Payroll Management and Controlling – external payroll agency
Recruitment and labor sources leasing
Ensuring compliance with HR requirements of internal customers and management
Ensure implemented Compensation and Benefit system is competitive
Plan and organize Training & Development, Events
Support plant with all PR activities
Prepare presentations and reports for plant

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 5 years management HR experience (preferred manufacturing related /technically oriented) from international company
Good knowledge of reward and payroll management
Comfortable & knowledgeable in labor code implementation
Fluent in English and Slovak
Microsoft Office & HRIS system knowledge
Mutual strong personality able to cooperate and deal with all various characters in horizontal and vertical lines of organization even in critical situations
Results driven and pragmatic mentality
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Positive attitude to daily administrative work load
