SQA Engineer for automotive industry

Responsibilities:

• Supports compliance with Supplier Quality System requirements
• Managing complaints to suppliers
• Update control plans for input control
• Perform quality management audits (Audit, run @ rate, PAPA, retraining) at the contractor
• Perform checks to take corrective actions and verify their effectiveness at the supplier and vendor
• Support SQA activities within production units
• Collaboration with the central purchasing and development center
• Perform sampling purchased parts (PPAP, EMPB)
• Manage claims on suppliers
• Performs quality management reviews at the vendor

Requirements:

• Fluency in English or German + intermediate knowledge of Slovak
• Secondary technical education
• 3 years of working experience on a similar position
• Experience from automotive industry is a big advantage
• Experience with team leadership
• Stress resistant
• Conceptual thinking
• FMEA, APQP, PPAP, EMPB, SPC, MSA
• Experience with structured problem solving Global 8D (Fishbone, 5 Whys, Is, is not)
• Orientation in VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3 - module C, VDA 6.5, ISO TS 16949
