>Performing and initiating activities to ensure the basic performance for the assigned tires sizes via Quality Check, First Adjustment and Quality Review inputs
>Supporting realization of the relevant performance goals for the department
>Assure the correct release of products within the assigned size range
>Supporting other departments concerning construction and performance issues to ensure standard conformance of the products
>Optimization and maintaining of guidelines and construction platforms
>Leadership or collaboration on technology development and value leadership projects
