ClickBakers.com is a new filtering and online management platform for internet traffic with its head office in Bratislava. The Digital Sales Manager will work individually or within a team to sell clickBakers.com services to webmasters, online media buyers, affiliate networks, web site owners and media houses worldwide. This position requires a professional presence of the company combined with significant traveling to trade shows in Europe and the United States. The Digital Sales Manager will directly report to General Manager.
Key responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients and business partners through online presence, events and meetings
• Create sales proposals and present them to prospective clients and partners
• Build and maintain the long term partnership with online business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the business scope for the product and company
• Work with other sales, marketing and agency services to achieve business targets set individually and as a team

• Proven track record of consistently executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering sales revenue in excess of company expectations and given goals
• Personal network of online advertising agencies and clients.
• Deep knowledge of online advertising business, including Display Ads, Mobile Ads and relevant technologies as well as popular market tools
• Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - understanding cultural sensitivities and developing high quality relationships
• Excellent teamwork and entrepreneurship, able to influence, develop, and empower clients and internal peers at varying levels to achieve business goals
• Creative, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and disciplined
• Masterful command of the English language
• International travel is required (30%)
