How is the trainee program designed?
- The program is targeted for „fresh“ university graduates (of the study field technology, engineering, quality, machinery) as well as for secondary vocational school graduates with at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- The program is divided into several phases, covering a total time span of about 3 – 6 months
The candidate will go through various departments (including production, quality, technology) on the position of a Trainee Engineer - After this rotation the candidate will be hired according to his performance and potential
- The candidate will undergo an training program consisting of acquaintance with the particular department, current events on the department, hands on /shop floor tour/, shadowing, daily meetings, ongoing projects /machines, processes, products/
- The position is allocated to both plants in SLÁDKOVIČOVO and HLOHOVEC
