Job description, responsibilities and duties

Receiving assigned vacancies from clients, working independently on search and selection of suitable candidates for assigned positions using various headhunting techniques
Organizing advertisement publication on the company web page, career portals
Reporting to client about progress of search for given position on a regular basis
Leading interviews with candidates, collecting relevant personal data and facts about working experiences
Working out relevant candidates evaluation, if necessary, conducting psychological testing for finding more information about candidate incl. checking candidates’ references
Providing candidates with information of all necessary facts about a vacancy/ies
Organizing interviews held between client and candidates; informing candidates about progress and result of selection procedure
Participating and cooperating on business and marketing activities in acquiring new customers
Visiting clients, consulting their requirements, services, mutual cooperation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, a result-driven mentality
