Job description, responsibilities and duties
Billing Specialist for IBM is responsible for overall quality assurance of monthly billing information, validation against contracts, data management, dispute resolution support and communication with Service delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Bill cycle operation
• Execute billing cycle successfully with the pre-defined processes, meeting operational goals
• Responsible for overall quality assurance of monthly billing detail, validation against contracts, data management
• Validate all contractual documents in support of billing to ensure AT&T is fulfilling local government
• Responsible for invoice production, ensure invoices are presented to customer in a timely manner
• Dispute resolution support, including root cause analysis and proactive approach to correction of billing errors
• Global collaboration, interface with counterparts in different functions/regions for process improvement opportunities
• Active participation on process flow creation, preparation of training materials and process documentation
Key Competencies and Skills:
• Have A Positive Attitude To Change and Innovation
• Able to work independently
• Willingness to work with data
• Good problem solving skill
• Good working attitude
• Good Microsoft office skill (Excel- vlookup, pivot tables.)
Education and Qualifications:
• Must have: Language requirement: conversational and written proficiency in English
• Good to have: Secondary with leaving examination/University education (Bachelor's / Master's degree)
• Good to have: Experience in Finance and education focused on Economics or Math advantageous
