Job description, responsibilities and duties
Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of European Financial Operations in Bratislava. We’re not an average retailer and this is definitely not your average finance position. We’ll give you the opportunity to really make a difference to our business by working on and initiating projects in a fast-paced environment and ultimately delivering results.
Your responsibilities include:
Playing a role in processing payroll for multiple EU countries
Verifying payroll data
Pre- and post-payroll administration
Processing and reconciling payroll transactions (relocation, stock, additional payments)
Employee communication and data administration
Documentation of work processes
Archiving
Participate in Kaizens and Greenbelts (Six Sigma) or other projects
Provide cover for other team members during sick and leave absences
General ad-hoc duties

- Ability to cope with changes and meet deadlines
