Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a high performing Sales manager who will be responsible for aquisitions of a new big clients for our copmany.

Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Identifies, qualifies, calls on and establishes long-term business relationships with installed base clients and new customer acquisition opportunities
• Continually builds a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities
• Spends over 90% of his/her time working with end-user clients and prospects
• Manages and maintains sales reports, pipelines and forecasts
• Responsible for the quality of Adecco commercial proposals send to our strategic customers
• Manages business relationships with assigned partners/customers to achieve mutual business goals and maximize customer satisfaction
• Acts as point of contact of international sales
• Participates in electronic bids on international platforms

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
• Ability to build and manage customer relationships
• Ability to achieve desired results in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to interact with various management levels
• Results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation, analytical and negotiating skills
• Fluent in English
• Market knowledge and competition knowledge will be asset
