Bid & Proposal Engineer

Operations Center Czech Republic (CZOPC) in Ostrava is the European engineering center for ABB's Process Automation Division. We are around 100 employees who are providing engineering services for ABB business units in the different European countries, mainly Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Finland and Sweden. Our disciplines are SW development, automation software, LV hardware, drives and electrical engineering. We have a highly qualified and stable work force, with interesting and challenging work for our internal ABB customers.

We are offering a position as Bid and Proposal Engineer. ABB’s Process Automation division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility.

Tasks:
- Creation of complex offers for our partners - the technical design, detailed description, price proposal
- Design of effective solutions based on customer requirements
- Communication with customers
- Technical advice
